A. Cancellation Policy

Introduction

Consumers have a right of cancellation under the following terms, whereby a consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that cannot be predominantly attributed to their trade or professional activity:

Right of Cancellation

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without stating any reason.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, took possession of the last item.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us (BOULINA, Germany, Email: support@boulinabeauty.com) of your decision to cancel this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the enclosed model cancellation form for this purpose, although you are not required to do so.

You can also complete and submit the model cancellation form or another clear statement electronically on our website https://boulina.de/pages/widerrufsbelehrung. If you do so, we will send you a confirmation of receipt of such cancellation without delay (e.g. by email).

To meet the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

Consequences of Cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we must refund you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and in any event within fourteen days from the day on which we receive the notification of your cancellation of this contract. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; no fees will be charged to you in connection with this refund. We may refuse the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay and in any event within fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period expires.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if that loss in value is not due to handling of the goods that was not necessary to check the condition, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion or Early Expiry of the Right of Cancellation

The right of cancellation does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not pre-made and for whose manufacture an individual selection or determination by the consumer is essential or that are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.

The right of cancellation expires early in contracts for the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.

Further Information in the Event of a Defect

In the event of a product defect, you are required to provide us with a video clearly documenting the defect. This helps us to inspect the damage and, if necessary, arrange for the return and refund. Without this video, we cannot process a return or refund of the defective product. The video should clearly show the defect and the affected parts of the product.

General Information

1) Please avoid damaging or contaminating the goods. Please return the goods to us in their original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure that it is adequately protected from transport damage using suitable packaging.
2) Please do not return the goods to us without paying for shipping.
3) Please note that the above points 1-2 are not a prerequisite for the valid exercise of the right of cancellation.
